COUNSELING - HEALTH INSURANCE FOR CHILDREN AND TEENS
Offers a community program in partnership with Fairfax County Public Schools to identify children who need a doctor and helps families apply and enroll in health care programs. Partnership for Healthier Kids has two main school based programs: Access to Care Program and Prevention Program. Families receive a brief, private interview either in person or by phone and are offered follow-up contacts to ensure that their children receive health care.
